Against that document we prepare a fixed-price proposal broken into milestones, with a delivery calendar and a payment schedule tied to those milestones. You know the total before anything is built. Wireframes for every screen first, so we agree on structure before anyone argues about colours. Then high-fidelity design in Figma, with a clickable prototype you can navigate on your own phone. Two rounds of revisions are included at each step. Deliverable: wireframes, visual designs, clickable prototype, design system. Typical duration: 1–3 weeks.
Two-week sprints. At the end of each one there is a working build on a staging server you can open and click through. You get a written sprint summary listing what was completed, what is next and anything that needs a decision from you. Code is pushed daily to a repository in your organisation. Deliverable: staging builds, sprint reports, source code access. Typical duration: 2–12 weeks depending on scope.
Functional testing against the requirement document, cross-browser checks on Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, real-device testing on Android and iOS, form and payment validation, load testing where relevant, and a security pass covering the OWASP basics. Every bug is logged, fixed and re-verified before handover. Deliverable: test report, bug log, sign-off checklist. Typical duration: 1–2 weeks.
Deployment to your hosting, DNS and SSL configuration, analytics and Search Console setup, app store submission where applicable, and a recorded walkthrough session for your team. Then 90 days of free bug fixing, with an optional annual maintenance contract after that. Deliverable: live product, credentials, documentation, training session. Typical duration: 3–5 days plus 90 days support.
