During development and support work we may be given access to systems containing data about your own customers or employees. We process that data only on your instructions, only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services, and never for our own purposes.
Our lawful bases are, as applicable: performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
We send marketing email only to people who have asked for it. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing codeglintsoftware@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service communications about a project you have engaged us for.

Client data we process on your behalf is deleted or returned at the end of the engagement, on your instruction.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS across our website, access control on client systems, encrypted storage of credentials, least-privilege access for team members, and regular patching of the systems we manage. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to receive a copy of data you provided to us in a portable format.
